“We create an inclusive, flexible and positive environment where every athlete can grow, lead and succeed - on and off the track.”
Club Policies
When you register for one of our programs we will acknowledge various club policies. Here they are in case you need to review them again after registration.

To ensure our club's success and maintain our Athletics Alberta standing, we require all families to participate in volunteer and fundraising activities. Stay informed on your role within the Mustangs community.

Plans changed? Please consult our Registration Cancellation Policy for details on the 14-day refund window and withdrawal process. Ensure your request is submitted in writing to be processed.

Success at Mustangs starts with a shared commitment to excellence and respect. We ask all athletes and parents to familiarize themselves with our Code of Conduct to ensure every team member is prepared, supported, and ready to perform.

Our Image and Picture Use Policy outlines the St. Albert Track and Field Club's commitment to using athlete photography responsibly for club-related purposes only.

Whether you're stepping onto the track for your first meet or competing at the championship level, having the right gear is essential. Official competition gear builds team unity and make it easy for officials, coaches, and teammates to identify our club members during events.

Declaring intent to travel is a binding commitment used to calculate group travel rates. Families must pay a non-refundable deposit by the deadline and cover their share of non-refundable expenses if they cancel afterward.
